Roxane Chicoine is a San Francisco-based graphic designer, illustrator and photographer.
Originally from Saskatchewan, Canada, Roxane has always had a deep love and respect for animals. This website combines her passions of photography and bird watching, showcasing her personal photo catalog of bird species.
Whoever said “if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck” must not have realized how similar many bird species are. I relied on Cornell University’s Merlin ID app when identifying my photos, but if any of them are labeled incorrectly please let me know.
